I know that this training is a potentially hazardous activity.  I therefore warrant that I will not enter into this training unless I am medically able and properly trained. 

I also know that there will be a possibility of traffic on the course and I assume the risk of running in traffic. 

I also assume any and all other risks associated with training, including but not limited to falls, contact with other persons, the effects of weather including heat and/or humidity and other conditions of the training. 

All such risks being known and appreciated by me. 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fort Worth Running Company, sponsors, and volunteers, local police, state police and all municipalities, including their agents, employees, assigns or anyone acting on and for their behalf, from and against, and assume responsibility for, any and all claims or liability for death, personal injury or property damage of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of, in connection with, or in relation to my participating in this training, regardless of whether or not such claims or liability arise out of or relate to the negligence (whether active, passive, or otherwise) of, or was caused in part by training organizers, directors, sponsors, and volunteers, local and state police, and all municipalities including their agents, employees, assigns, or anyone acting for on in their behalf, involved in the event. 

I further grant permission to all of the forgoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of the event for any purpose.
